This week, The All England Jumping Course at Hickstead is host to the CSIO5* Agria Royal International Horse Show which runs from the 24-28 July.
Brazil, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden will all field teams in the CSIO5* Nations Cup and on the entry list are big names such as John Whitaker (GBR), Ben Maher (GBR), Marcus Ehning (GER), Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA) and Cian O'Connor (IRL).
Joining John for the host nation is his son Robert, as well as three more members of the Whitaker-family; Donald, William and Jack. Joe Stockdale, who is the travelling reserve for the British Olympic team heading for Paris, will also be competing, as will Matt Sampson, William Funnell, Jodie Hall McAteer and Tim Gredley.
