This week, the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup-series moves on to its first European stop of the season: Longines CSIO St. Gallen in Switzerland.
While the North/Central America & Caribbean League is well underway, and the Middle East League is already completed, the European riders will be heading to Switzerland to try to collect their first points of the season.
France, Great Britain, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland will all be competing for points in St. Gallen. They will get competition from Austria, Brazil and Denmark, that are not eligible for points.
On the entry list of riders for St. Gallen are big names such as Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA), Marcus Ehning (GER), Harrie Smolders (NED), as well as Steve Guerdat (SUI) and Martin Fuchs (SUI).
