The organisers of The Dutch Masters have made the decision to run the 2020-edition of the event without spectators.

The Dutch Masters will be taking place this coming weekend in Brabanthallen, ‘s-Hertogenbosch – hosting the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping and the FEI Dressage World Cup. After initially announcing that the show would be running under a modified format with a limit of 1000 visitors per part of the day, the organisers have now changed their minds and are closing the doors.

"To avoid any discussion concerning the visitor numbers we have decided, in coordination with the Security Region, to have no public at all, although the Security Region’s advice was that a limited number of 1,000 visitors was allowed. Everybody interested in the sport can watch the competition via live stream and TV," reads a statement on The Dutch Masters' website.

The event can be watched online, either on ClipMyHorse TV (full broadcast schedule via link) or on Horse & Country (the non-FEI and non-Rolex classes will be live streamed exclusively on Horse & Country in the UK, Ireland and Sweden, and all the non-FEI classes can be seen worldwide on H&C).
