With the 7-year-old KWPN gelding Iniesta V (Zambesi TN x No Limit), former world number one Simon Delestre (FRA) has added another exciting prospect into his string of horses. 

“We bought Iniesta at the end of 2019 but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, last week’s show at Hubside Jumping in Grimaud was our first together,” Delestre comments to World of Showjumping. "I have to say that my feeling with Iniesta is incredible. Last week, he jumped clear in each start he did. I have a couple of really strong young horses at the moment and between Berluz, CSIO Bel and Iniesta we have a strong team." 

Previously ridden by Anna McVeigh (GBR), Matias Larocca (ARG) and Deborah Jackson (GBR), Delestre bought Iniesta V from Spain's Manuel Fernandez Saro. "I didn't see too many young horses in my life that were as good as him, with so much talent and capability," Fernandez Saro comments to World of Showjumping.
