This week, the best riders in the world will be battling it out in the Main Stadium during CHIO Aachen 2021 for a place on the legendary winners’ board at the Soers showgrounds. The Rolex Grand Prix will conclude this year's edition of CHIO Aachen, on Sunday 19th of September, following six days of top level show jumping. 

Great Britain's Olympic gold medallists Ben Maher and Explosion W are on the entry list, as is Scott Brash – the only rider so far to succeed in winning the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping. That was in 2015, after jumping to victory in the Majors of Geneva (2014), Aachen (2015) and Spruce Meadows (2015). Switzerland's Steve Guerdat comes fresh from his win in the Major at the Spruce Meadows 'Masters', to continue his Rolex Grand Slam adventure in Aachen – only a week and a half after he took the team gold medal at the European Championships at Riesenbeck International. Guerdat gets company from his compatriot Martin Fuchs, while other famous guests include Belgium's Gregory Wathelet, who won the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen in 2017, as well as France's Kevin Staut, Ireland's Darragh Kenny, Dutch rider Harrie Smolders, Portugal's Luciana Diniz and USA's Laura Kraut. 

As always, the hosts come strong in force with world no. one Daniel Deusser as well as Ludger Beerbaum, Marcus Ehning and Christian Ahlmann all among the German riders in action at the Soers.

Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and USA will all be fielding teams for Thursday's Mercedes-Benz Nations Cup.
