The FEI Jumping World Cup™ Arab League Middle East Sub-League continued with the second leg of the season in Riyadh (KSA), where Jan Vermeiren (BEL) and the 9-year-old mare Qmusic-K Van’T Kattenheye (Le Blue Diamond van’T Ruytershof x Cornet Obolensky) took the top honours on Friday.

Besting a field of 14 horse-and-rider combinations, the Belgian duo crossed the finish line in 43.51 in a jump-off of four. The host nation’s Khaled Almobty on Diana du Plevau Z (Dieu Merci van T&L x Kashmir van’t Schutterhof) and Abdulrahman Alrajhi aboard Ventago (Van Helsing x Hunter’s Scendix) completed the podium in second and third respectively, while Emanuele Camilli (ITA) and Chacareno PS (Chacco-Blue x Calvaro F.C.) finished fourth. As the fastest four-faulter from round one, David Will (GER) and Xixo Borgia (Big Star x Sandro Boy) placed fifth.
