Reigning Olympic team champion Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) and the dazzling Glamour Girl (VDL Zirocco Blue x Caletto I) took another great victory in Saturday night's Equita Masters presented by Hermès Sellier at Longines Equita Lyon, France.

"Over the last few years, I often finished second... But recently, the wheel seems to have turned and I can't say I'm unhappy about it! I don't think I'll ever experience a year like this again," joked the Swedish rider.

This was the couple's first victory in a 1.60m class. "She was fantastic. At the moment, she just wins everything; I've lost count of how many events she has won. It's incredible how she manages to come out on top every week!"

The couple managed to deliver two clear rounds in the fastest time; 38.95 seconds – finishing ahead of Max Kühner (AUT) on Up Too Jacco Blue (Chacco-Blue x VDL Douglas) in 42.16 seconds. Holly Smith (GBR) and Denver (Albfuehren's Memphis x Chico's Boy) – who has been in great form this week – finished in third place with a time fault in round two, after stopping the clock at 42.96 seconds.
