Pius Schwizer (SUI) is in top form, and took his third win in two days at the Stuttgart German Masters on Friday. Riding Living the Dream (Toulon x Flamenco de Semilly), the Swiss rider went to the top in the CSI5* night class 1.55m Mercedes German Masters.
Only twelve riders where qualified for the class, and three of them went clear over the first course. Schwizer was the fastest one of the three in the jump-off, crossing the finish line in 32.43 seconds – giving him a brand new Mercedes to drive home in.
Max Kühner (AUT) took care of the runner-up position riding Vancouver Dreams (Valentino x Stakkato) after finishing the shortened course two seconds slower than Schwizer – in 34.41 seconds. Third place went to Ludger Beerbaum (GER) with Cool Feeling (Cornado NRW x Lancer II). Jur Vrieling (NED) was the fastest of the four-faulters in the first round taking the fourth place with Zypern III (Casall x Coriano), followed by Philipp Weishaupt (GER) with Solitaer (Salito x Goldfasan) in fifth.
