HIP Easy

If it's pros and cons you're looking for ...

… you’re out of luck. This horse only has pros.

This talented jumping horse is bold, has a modern, compact conformation and he’s a top performer. With a powerful take-off, amazing style and a perfect technique, this six year-old gelding looks pretty impressive over jumps. Hip Easy is an athletically-built horse who is fast, flexible and responsive over jumps with attention-grabbing power and scope. A mature mind-set and positive attitude in the ring make him a horse that people will be keeping a close eye on in future.

Hip Easy had a very successful 2015 season with plenty of highs and plenty of placings in national classes up to 1.30m. So the handsome gelding is continuing an impressive competition career that already includes many placings in young horse classes. Next stop: the international circuit.

His sire Hip Hop, one of Sweden’s top stallions, was bred by his rider Nicole Persson’s grandfather. She and the stallion are currently doing very well at international shows and they “generally take at least one rosette back home with them”. Before Nicole took over the ride, the breeding stallion was ridden in Nations Cups by Maria Gretzer, and in World Cup qualifiers and Grand Prix classes by Erika Lickhammer. Hip Hop’s offspring include Flecu (Alexander Zetterman), Gura Hop (Sebastian Numinen) and Hip Box (Philip Carey), and many of them hit the headlines at very young ages. The dam’s sire Quite Easy is one of the best horses produced by Quidam de Revel out of a legendary dam line, and his pedigree includes all the big names in international show jumping. Quidam de Revel was a remarkably successful show jumper with his rider Peter Eriksson, who passes on his show jumping genes to offspring such as Que Pasa (Michal Kazmierczak). Levantos II, a top international competition horse for many years with Malin Baryard, Peder Fredrickson and Giovanni Magaton, has passed on his world-class jumping genes to many of his offspring.

You don’'t have to choose between looks and quality. With Hip Easy you get both.
