The Neumünster Holsteiner stallion grading and auction from 29 to 31 October casts its shadows before. On 13 October, at 7.00 p.m., the three- to six-year-old horses coming up for sale at the Neumünster elite riding horse auction are publicly shown for the first time at the official opening training at the Elmshorn Fritz-Thiedemann-Hall. The Holsteiner Verband sales team has been living up to very high standards when selecting the horses for auction. This is not only supported by the horses’ bloodlines, with sires like Casall, Clearway, Diarado or Quidam de Revel being represented by offspring in the auction. All horses are highly talented and ready to compete over the jumps in the forthcoming showing season. “When selecting the horses, we put our main focus on performance potential, and I think we can definitely offer horses with promise, particularly for show jumping, to our clients“, says sales manager Peter Glisic, who is very satisfied with his charges’ training progress. The horses can be tested under saddle at Elmshorn until 23 October, after prior appointment.
We would like to seize the opportunity to present some of our current elite selection’s highly interesting young talents:
Our collection comprises another diamond in the rough, a 3-year-old Uriko filly with a tremendous free jumping ability. She easily coped with the highest measurements seemingly effortless and invariably thrilled us with her technique, attitude, and willingness. The Elmshorn stallion stable has high hopes for her sire Uriko seeing that he has won several S level jumper classes under Maximilian Gräfe in 2015.
Cascaja’s first performances at local showgrounds have already caught the eye of the public, as the 4-year-old Cassaro daughter has won a young jumper class at A level scoring a fantastic 8.6. Aristocratic and modern, light and easy on her feet, yet with lots of scope, Cascaja is one of our current selection’s assets and highly promising for a future sport horse career.
Crack, a big-framed and athletic Clarimo son with wins and placings in young jumper classes at A and L level, stands out for his jumping technique same as for his striking movement. A promising prospect for a future top level competition career due to his enthusiasm, spirit, and sport horse attitude along with a seemingly boundless ability.
