This Tuesday it is your chance to invest in some highly talented 5- to 7-year-old showjumpers in the live auction of The Youngsters Auction. During an evening full of quality horses, VIP-dinner and entertainment, you can secure your future star. “We are very excited about our collection and the upcoming auction. We have had lots of interest in the last weeks and even for last minute customers, it is still possible to try the auction horses on Monday the 22nd or Tuesday morning and early afternoon before the auction!”, Peter van der Waaij states.

The Youngsters Auction is celebrating its 5th anniversary on Tuesday 23 May. Many great references have been sold in the auction over the last couple of years, such as Jikke-Cara (Alison Robitaille-Firestone), Leicester (Nicole Walker), Calvin Z (Linda Heed), Je T’Aime Z (Karel Cox) and Charlie (Simon Schröder) – all competing at international Grand Prix level.

“We present a group of 19 showjumping talents and we are convinced they have the potential to develop in great future references as well. Some of the 7-year-olds are ready to start competing in the international 7-year-old classes, and the same goes for the 5- and 6-year-olds”, Peter van der Waaij tells. “It is nowadays more and more difficult to find high quality horses and we believe with our auction we can offer them in a price range that is also accessible for many professional and amateur riders.”

Recent full vet checks by Veterinary Clinic Wolvega

All the auction horses have recently been fully vetted by Veterinary Clinic Wolvega, including a full set of x-rays of the legs, back and neck. In addition, the veterinarians will be present during the auction for more information and all the x-rays and veterinary reports are available through the website. Bidding on the horses is possible both live and online.
