Goresbridge Supreme Sale of Showjumpers Ireland 15 November 2016

Goresbridge welcomes everyone to the third edition of the Supreme Sale of Showjumpers Ireland to be held 15 November at Barnadown Gorey Co. Wexford // Amber Springs Hotel & Spa Gorey Co. Wexford. Last year's auction saw the Irish Sport Horse Dougie Douglas (Ard Vdl Douglas x High Roller) set a new Irish record for public auction by selling for €1.4 million and has since performed successfully with America's Katie Dinan.

Standing out this year is lot 112, one of the country’s top 6 year-olds, Killossery Kaiden that secured the gold medal for the 6-year-old horses under the saddle of Gerard O’Neill during the 2016 FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships in Lanaken. The Irish bred gelding by Lux Z x Cruising bred by F. and L. Glynn - produced the sole clear round in the jump-off.

Veterinary Procedures:

Each horse presented for this sale will have received a full five stage veterinary examination from a member of the Goresbridge Veterinary Panel prior to the sale.

A set of digital X-rays taken by a member of the Goresbridge Panel will be available for purchasers to inspect prior to the sale.

Registration for buyers:

Due to new VAT rates on the purchase of horses in Ireland, it is now necessary for prospective purchasers to register before the sale.

Registration takes only seconds and can be done in the office prior to sale.
