The 11-year-old gelding Chacanno (Chacco Blue x Kannan), over the last years successfully competed by Sweden's Henrik von Eckermann, has changed hands. "Paul Schokemöhle, who owns the horse, has given the ride to Patrick Stühlmeyer," von Eckermann told World of Showjumping. "I am thankful to Paul for trusting me the ride so far. I have been very lucky to have a horse like Chacanno in my stable. He has done a lot for me, especially in the past year. He has been a great partner and all of my team will surely miss him; he is a huge personality. I wish Patrick all the best with him." 

Together, Von Eckermann and Chacanno won the five-star Longines Grand Prix in Sharjah a few weeks ago and ended their partnership with another win in Abu Dhabi last week. During their years together, the pair picked up five-star wins at venues like Rotterdam, La Baule, Madrid and Dubai and also placed 6th in the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen last year.
