After successfully completing the year with a win in Geneva, Pius Schwizer's ride Chika's Way (Caretino x Lord) gets retired. "She is such a great horse. As she is turning seventeen and has achieved a lot I will give her back to her Italian owner, Ms. Rory Marzotto. I assume the mare will go into breeding," Pius states on his website.

Chicka's Way has had a long and successful career – this year she won no less than five international classes with Schwizer in the saddle. In addition to Schwizer, the mare has been seen under Janne- Friederike Meyer, Katrin Eckermann, Simone Coata and Filippo Bologni.
