Cornetto K and Living The Dream, both seen under Italy and Stal Tops' Alberto Zorzi since the beginning of this year, have been confirmed sold to Great Britain's Alexandra Thornton.
The 11-year-old gelding Cornetto K (Cornet Obolensky x Calido) jumped at this year's European Championships with Alberto Zorzi to finish 4th overall, and also at last year's Olympic Games in Rio with Brazil's Doda de Miranda where he was 9th overall. With Zorzi in the saddle, Cornetto K also won the CSI5* LGCT Grand Prix of Monaco in June as well as being second in the CSI5* LGCT Grand Prix of Miami in April.
Living The Dream (Toulon x Flamenco de Semilly) has done well under several riders over the last years, more recently under Zorzi who won a CSI4* 1.50m class with him at the Sunshine Tour in March and who also has recorded other top-three placings with the 12-year-old gelding up to five-star level.
