Everest, the bronze medalist from the 2016 FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships for 7-year-olds, will in the future be seen under Scott Brash.

The now 8-year-old gelding by Carambole x Indoctro impressed in Lanaken under Luc Steeghs, and was sold to Nick Skelton and Laura Kraut in early December last year. Now, Stal Hendrix has announced on their website that Lord and Lady Harris and Lord and Lady Kirkham have bought Everest for Brash to ride.

Everest was auctioned off during the 2013 edition of the Dutch Sport Horse Sales and went on to be competed by Stal Hendrix-rider Luc Steeghs. "Dutch Sport Horse Sales and Stal Hendrix are therefore delighted that an ambassador such as Everest will be under Scott Brash’s saddle and wish the pair much success for the future," reads the statement from Stal Hendrix.
