As the International Grooms Association (IGA) approaches its one-year anniversary in April, it is looking for three individuals to fill three new Board positions, to play a part in representing the interests of international grooms and advocate for best practice across the industry.

The positions available are:
•    IGA Chairperson
•    IGA Business Director 
•    IGA Youth Representative

All three roles are voluntary Non-Executive Director positions, with a minimal time commitment required.

The new IGA Chairperson will lead the Board of Directors and represent the voice of the IGA membership alongside the Executive Director. Candidates should have effective Board experience, knowledge of FEI level sport, and an understanding of not-for-profit enterprises.

The second position is for a Business Director to assist the Executive Director in the development of the business as the IGA strides toward being self-sustainable. Having proven business and financial management expertise and a knowledge of international horse sport, the Business Director will guide operational planning aligned with budget planning. 

The final position to be filled is Youth Representative Experience Director. This is a role which will be filled by an IGA member. Candidates must be aged 18-24, and working anywhere in the world in any FEI discipline and at any level. This is a chance to be the voice of younger grooms, working with the other IGA Experience Directors.
