Maurice Tebbel, who was part of the German team at the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo and the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon with Don Diarado, is moving to Valkenswaard, the Netherlands, where he will starting riding for Stal Tops.
On his official Instagram account, Tebbel announced today that: "When one door closes, another opens... At the beginning of the year I got a job offer from one of the top stables in Europe, where I have the chance to continue riding at 5* level, to gain a lot of new experiences and to further develop myself. From February 1st, Fritzi [Editor's note: Maurice Tebbel's wife Friederike Tebbel] and I will therefore move to the Netherlands to ride for Stal Tops & Athina Onassis until our own new facility is in place. My longtime groom Ulli will also accompany me. I look forward to this new challenge!"
