Peder Fredricson and Hansson WL ranked 2018's best showjumping combination

Peder Fredricson (SWE) and the 11-year-old gelding Hansson WL (Hip Hop x Iowa) top FEI's annual list of the best combinations in showjumping. In 2018, the pair collected a total of 1920 points – leaving Steve Guerdat (SUI) and the 13-year-old mare Albführen's Bianca (Balou du Rouet x Cardento) behind them with 1770 points. Both horses are Swedish bred. 

Rank three on the list is Ben Maher (GBR) and the 10-year-old Explosion W (Chacco-Blue x Baloubet du Rouet) on 1675 points. Laura Renwick (GBR) and Bintang II (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Orlando) ranks four on 1555 points, and Devin Ryan (USA) fifth with Eddie Blue (VDL Zirocco Blue x Marlon) on 1515 points.
