For a second year in a row, Peder Fredricson received Sweden’s most prestigious sports award at the Swedish Sports Gala.

The ‘Jerring Prize’ is awarded to a Swedish athlete for a successful sports achievement during the past year, and what makes it very special is that it’s also the people’s choice award as the Swedish public cast their votes for the nominees.

Peder – European Champion with his horse H&M All In on home soil in Gothenburg last year, as well as team silver medallist for the hosts – received 38 % of the votes to become the winner of this highly rated award on Monday night.

"Thank you all amazing supporters, sponsors and friends for bringing me here. It feels unreal. You are my heroes. Thank you," Peder writes on his Instagram.
