Axel Verlooy has purchased the 13-year-old SF stallion Quebracho Semilly (Le Tot de Semilly x Eyken des Fontenis), and it will be his son Jos taking over the reins.
Alexander Onischenko bought Quebracho Semilly back in 2013, and the stallion was then ridden by Cassio Rivetti until June 2014 before Katharina Offel took on the ride until the autumn of 2015. With Offel in the saddle, the stallion jumped to a 5th place in the CSIO5* Grand Prix of Falsterbo in 2014, was 2nd in the CSIO4* Nations Cup of Linz in 2015 as well as placing in five-star 1.50m and 1.55m classes in Verona, Paris and La Coruna during the 2015 season. In 2016, after the stallion was sold as one of many horses from Onischenko to Paul Schockemöhle, Ferenc Szentirmai competed the stallion.
