The 11-year-old Oldenburg mare Queeletta (Quality x Landor S), a former mount of Alexandre De Rothschild, will in the future be seen under French rider Julien Epaillard. The pair did their first five-star appearance in Paris this weekend during the Longines Global Champions Tour event.

“This is my second show with the mare,” Epaillard commented to World of Showjumping in Paris. “We have jumped a two-star Grand Prix in Deauville, where she was clear and had two down in the jump-off.” In Sunday’s 1.55m Longines Eiffel Challenge in Paris the new pair finished 11th after a flawless first round. “This was the first ever five-star Grand Prix for her. She looks to be a very nice horse, I just have to get to know her better,” Epaillard said. “As a part of my current string of horses, she will come with as a second horse to the Global Champions Tour shows in Berlin and London. After this we will see, maybe she can take the place as the first horse at some of the shows.”
