After the sale of his top horse Grand Cru van de Rozenberg, Jerome Guery now welcomes two new horses to his stable: Hercules by Immofluisteraar and Celvin.
Hercules by Immofluisteraar is an 11-year-old stallion by Larino x President previously seen under Sam Hutton, and before that with Harrie Smolders in the saddle, competing up to 1.50m level. The owner Inge Balliauw has now given the stallion for Guery to ride.
Celvin is an 11-year-old gelding by Raphael x Werther, that has competed up to 1.50m level with Alexa Larkin. The gelding has been bought by Guery together with his friend Alexander Oancea, who also co-owned Grand Cru.
“After the sale of Grand Cru, the arrival of these horses marks a new start for me,” Guery tells World of Showjumping. “I already have some exciting 9-year-olds in Jupiter VG and Kel’Star Du Vingt Ponts, and with Hercules and Celvin my string is strengthened further. I believe that both Hercules and Celvin have the potential to step up to the highest level of the sport within a very short time, so I am excited to see what the next months will bring.”
