Italy's Emanuele Camilli and the 12-year-old mare Chacco's Girlstar (Chacco-Blue x Sandro Boy) won Friday's CSI5* 1.50m presented by Vector in Monterrey, Mexico.
With a time of 37.20 seconds in the jump-off between nine horse-and-rider combinations, Camilli and Chacco's Girlstar took the win ahead of the host nation's own Andres Azcarraga and Contendros 2 (Contendro I x Drosselklang II) who had to settle for the runner-up spot after the clock stopped on 38.08.
Gaj Riossa (SLO) and Manglar LS La Silla (Cantarel LS x Riscal La Silla) placed third in 40.30, while Bliss Heers (USA) and Farinjo Des Mec (Carinjo x Kannan) finished fourth in 40.42 and Jos Verlooy (BEL) aboard Origi (Vigo d'Arsouilles x Karioka Del Follee) fifth in 41.14.
