Germany's Janne-Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann and the 13-year-old gelding Büttner's Minimax (Cornado I x Antaeus) won Sunday's CSI4* Bemer Riders Tour Grand Prix of Münster, the Preis der Auto Nagel Unternehmens-Gruppe. 

Of the eleven horse-and-rider combinations in the second round of this 1.60m Grand Prix, the highlight of the Turnier der Sieger, Meyer-Zimmermann was the fastest when blazing around to a time of 36.88 seconds. It was double German on top, with Andre Thieme finishing second with Conacco (Conoglio x Chacco-Blue) in a time of 37.51. Italy's Emanuele Camilli took the third place aboard Chadellano PS (Chacco-Blue x Centadel), after clocking a time of 38.95 seconds. Two more German riders followed in fourth and fifth; Marcus Ehning on Priam du Roset (Plot Blue x Tanael du Serein) with a time of 40.57, and Sven Schlüsselburg on Bud Spencer 7 (Artiest de Wynckel x Azett) who crossed the finish line in 44.71 seconds.

To triumph in Münster is nothing new for Janne-Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann; in 2008 she won the same Grand Prix with Lambrasco. “I have loved the show in Münster for many years. As a guest, you feel at home here. It was here that I won a Grand Prix and a car for the first time – for me it will always be a special show with a special flair and a special audience,” said Meyer-Zimmermann and thanked event director Hendrik Snoek for organising the Turnier der Sieger.
