Julien Epaillard won the CSI3* 1.50 Lummen Grand Prix riding the 12-year-old gelding Quatrin de la Roque (Quick Star x Kannan). It turned out to be a difficult class with only six riders qualifying for the jump-off out of the 57 entered, and as many as fourteen riders were disqualified or retired.
With yet another clear round from Epaillard and a time of 36,20 seconds in the jump-off, the French rider went off with the win. Second place went to home rider Dries Dekker with D&J Havanna (Griseldi x Cash), who finished the shortened course in 36,79 seconds. Italy's Lorenzo de Luca took the third place with Balou de Coeur Joye (Balou du Rouet x Argentinus) ahead of Germany's Tobias Meyer riding Cerano (Cesano II x Acord II) and Brazil's Luiz Francisco de Azevedo with Comic (Verdi x Heartbreaker). All five riders were clear in the jump-off, so with four faults Belgium's Dominique Joassin with Best of Opus Dei Z (Balou du Rouet x Jus de Pomme) had to settle for the sixth position.
