Luciana Diniz (POR) and Fit For Fun 13 (For Pleasure x Fabriano) won Saturday’s feature class at CSI5* Waregem Horse Week, the 1.55m BMT Prize – also the qualifier for Sunday’s Grand Prix. 

Only five of the 39 horse-and-rider combinations managed to jump a clear in first round, and Diniz was the only one who managed to repeat a clean sheet against the clock – stopping the clock at 36,38 seconds.

Friday’s winners Philipp Weishaupt (GER) and Coby 8 (Contagio x Escudo 19) placed second after having the fastest time in the jump-off at 33,60 seconds but on the expense of a rail. Filippo Marco Bologni (ITA) and Diplomat (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Darco) finished third, also on four faults in 34,99 seconds. Ludger Beerbaum (GER) and Casello (Casall x Carolus I) ended fourth, while Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) and Fancy ME (Forsyth Frh x Gimpel) completed the top five.
