Marc Dilasser (FRA) and Chamann Has (Mylord Carthago HN x Socrate de Chivre) won Thursday's CSI5* 1.50m €55,000 Longines Ranking class at Hubside Jumping Grimaud in St. Tropez, France.

Quickest of the 50 participants in this speed class, Dilasser stopped the clock on 61.43, taking home the win ahead of Rene Lopez Lizarazo (COL) on Stalognia (Stakkatol x Chacco-Blue) in second with 0.29 seconds separating the two riders. Edward Levy (FRA) on Confidence d'Ass (Diamant de Semilly x Berlin) took the thid place, while the fourth spot went to Wilm Vermeir (BEL) on Linguini de La Pomme (Marius Claudius x Tinka's Boy) and fifth to Abdel Said (BEL) on Bandit Savoie (Qlassic Bois Margot x Alcamera).

"Chamann Has belongs to the Hasle-family, who are also his breeders," Dilasser said in a press release from Hubside Jumping. "He has had a superb year and has been placed in the CSIO events in Calgary, Hickstead and Dublin. We have already been on several podiums, but today, we took our first five-star win. Chamann is ten years old and we believe a lot in him. There is no commercial objective for Chamann, it is a passionate choice of the Hasle-family to keep him and to try to go as far as possible, for the love of horses and sport."

The second CSI5* class of the day, a 1.45m speed class – also counting for the Longines Ranking – went to Italy's Giulia Martinengo Marquet on Scuderia 1918 Calle Deluxe (Cesano 2 x Con Air 7). Kevin Staut (FRA) on Havanabalia Grand Moustier Z D (Hoegie van'T Bergske x Acaletto) took the runner-up position, while Darragh Kenny (IRL) on Rockstar (E Star x C Carnute) placed third, Riccardo Pisani (ITA) on Seronera (Chacco-Blue x Cartogran) fourth and Konstantin E. van Damme (BUL) on United (Ugano Sitte x Ulior des Isles) fifth.
