Edited press release from Hubside Jumping
The biggest class of the day at Hubside Jumping – the CSI4* 1.50m with a jump-off – was won by Mathieu Billot (FRA) and Bad Boy du Bobois (Nabab de Reve x Tresor de Cheux).
“It was great to win this class,” Billot said after his victory. “I have had Bad Boy du Bobois for a long time and he is a very good horse. In the past, I had some control issues, but it's become better during this year. Today, he jumped very good in the first round and even better in the jump-off.”
The runner-up position went to Billot’s compatriot Francois Xavier Boudant (FRA) with Gfe Cicave du Talus (Untouchable M x Voltaire), followed by Emilio Bicocchi (ITA) with Rondine Del Terriccio (Tinka’s Boy x Cento) in third, Jean Luc Mourier (FRA) with Captain Keen (Windows vh Costersveld x Acord II) in fourth and Francois Jr Mathy (BEL) with Uno de La Roque (Numero Uno x Kannan) in fifth.
Later in the day, Jean Luc Mourier (FRA) took both the first and second place in the CSI4* 1.45m class with Jackpot (Cicero Z Van Paemel x Phillip 028) and Kielekoo Van T Et L (Carabas Vd Wateringhoeve x Canadian River). Third place went to Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli (SWE) with Nintender Star (Nintender x Star Kingdom).
