Press release from Warsaw Jumping
At Warsaw Jumping, Wilm Vermeir (BEL) and the 10-year-old Hotshot (Carembar de Muze x Calido I) took the first place in Thursday's CSIO4* 1.45m world ranking competition for the prize of CaseIH and under the patronage of Świat Koni, which was also a qualification for Friday's Grand Prix.
The second place went to Andrzej Opłatek (POL) on Le Cordial (Lyjanero x Singulord Joter), and the third to Mario Stevens (GER) on Carrie 22 (Christian x Couleur Rubin).
"It was a fast course, and Hotshot was acting a bit crazy today, so it looks like I was lucky. Sometimes it takes a bit of fortune to win. I have been in Poland before, not at Warsaw Jumping though. It is a great show, really. The arena is so good!" said the winner.
