This week it was announced that Marco Kutscher's success ride Van Gogh will retire from the sport, at the age of 17. With Kutscher in the saddle, the stallion by Numero Uno x Bernstein won the LGCT Grand Prix of Valkenswaard in 2015, the Longines Masters Grand Prix of Los Angeles in 2015 and the Longines Masters Grand Prix of Hong Kong in 2016. In total, Van Gogh has won over one million Euro in prize money during his career.
Van Gogh is already a proven sire, and will now focus on his breeding career.
