Ireland's Cian O'Connor has taken over the reins on Crespo PKZ. The 9-year-old gelding by Cornet Obolensky x Landadel was sold to Stall Gullik in February 2014, and Norwegian rider Geir Gulliksen took over the ride from Henrik von Eckermann before the horse went back again to the Swedish rider who together with his boss Ludger Beerbaum continued to show the horse until this summer when Geir's son Johan got in the saddle.
Johan and Crespo PKZ quickly found the tone, and together the two have recorded some very good results; in November the pair was third in the CSI3* Championat of Münich and shortly after they ended second in the CSI2* Grand Prix qualifier in Lier.
Now, Crespo PKZ has been sold to Ronnoco Jump Ltd with Cian O'Connor taking over the reins. The Irish rider made his debut with Crespo this weekend at CSI2* Opglabbeek where they were placed in the Grand Prix after a single time penalty.
