Scott Brash is still world no. one, but Simon Delestre is closing in on the British rider. Photo (c) Jenny Abrahamsson.

The latest world ranking, published today, sees Simon Delestre (FRA) closing in on Scott Brash (GBR). The gap between the two riders is now narrowed down to 57 points. Rank three is Kent Farrington (USA), while rank four is still Beezie Madden (USA) – which means the top four riders remain unchanged from last month.

There are a few shake-ups between rank five and ten. Penelope Leprevost (FRA) is up from rank six to five, while Christian Ahlmann (GER) climbs three spots to rank six after a great January. Gregory Wathelet (BEL) is down two spots to rank seven, McLain Ward (USA) remains rank eight, Bertram Allen (IRL) is down two spots to rank nine and Daniel Deusser (GER) stays as rank ten.
