German rider Sophie Hinners has made her next career move and will leave Stal Hendrix in Baarlo, The Netherlands – where she has worked for the last three years – to join her boyfriend Richard Vogel and his business partner David Will at Reitsportanlage Dagobertshausen in Marburg, Germany.

"It has been a pleasure for me to work for such a great stable as Stal Hendrix," Hinners says to World of Showjumping. "I enjoyed every single day and I'm really thankful for everything I have learned. I can't thank the whole Hendrix-family enough for all the support I got in every way. Now I'm looking forward to the next big step in my career and I'm very excited to join the team of David Will and my boyfriend Richard Vogel."

In a post on Facebook, Stal Hendrix stated: "Over the past years Sophie has been a remarkable team member and a great asset in every way. Her talent, work ethic and personality are exceptional and we wish her the best of luck in this next step of her career."
