Steve Guerdat’s 12-year-old Alamo (Ukato x Equador) has returned to his Mexican owner, and will in the future be seen with Gerardo Pasquel Mendez – who also rode the gelding between 2016 and 2017.

Guerdat took over the reins on Alamo in October 2017, and went on to have huge success with the gelding. In 2018, they won the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final in Geneva and in 2019 they went to the top in the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final in Gothenburg. The two also won five-star Grand Prix classes in Helsinki and Waregem during their time together.
