This week, Bertram Allen announced the retirement of his 15-year-old success mare Molly Malone V (Kannan x Cavalier).
Together, Allen and Molly Malone V have won countless of classes all over the world such as the CSIO5* Grand Prix of Dublin in 2014, the CSIO5* Grand Prix of Lummen in 2014, the CSI5* Longines FEI World Cup in Verona in 2014, the CSI5* Grand Prix of Dinard in 2015 and the CSI3* Grand Prix of Twente in 2015 as well as recording big victories in Barcelona, Doha, Hamburg, Monaco, Stockholm, Treffen and Paris – to mention some. The pair also finished third at the Longines FEI World Cup Final in Las Vegas in 2015, and represented Ireland at the World Equestrian Games in Caen in 2014 and at the European Championships in Aachen in 2015.
