Organized by the Qatar Equestrian Federation, the inaugural Doha Tour kicked off in January at the magnificent Al Shaqab. Featuring CSI5*, CSI4*, CSI2* and CSIYH1* classes, the tour runs over four weeks – from January 11 to February 17. Among the big names on the start list in January was world no. one Henrik von Eckermann, but it was Abdullah Alsharbatly and Alamo who stole the show when taking the top honours in the CSI5* Grand Prix on January 27. Here we look back at the first weeks of competition at the Doha Tour, through the lens of Łukasz Kowalski.
